DAF
DAF is a rigid moulded grade, grey in colour, fabricated of random fibres and combination of organic & inorganic friction modifiers, minerals & metal oxides, bonded with irreversible & infusible high temperature resistant synthetic resins. DAF Liners possess high mechanical strength and torque delivery, optimum coefficient of friction and low wear rate.
DAF/ SH
DAF/SH is a soft, flexible moulded grade, black in colour. Our DAF-SH grade consists of added fibres like Kevlar which are bonded under irreversible & infusible high temperature resistant synthetic resins. DAF/SH possess medium mechanical strength and higher torque ratings, better coefficient of friction and low wear rate.
ASW
ASW is a rigid wire woven grade possessing highest mechanical strength. This grade is capable for withstanding high temperatures and has good resistance to fade wear and burst strength. Highly recommended for usage in Hoists, Cranes, lifts and elevators.
Brake Rotor Assembly
We also provide complete Brake rotor assembly consisting of Brake Liners bonded with brake rotors. The liners are bonded using high quality adhesives and modern clamping system to ensure perfect bonding.
